Unable to listen audio from my MAC
Unable to listen audio from my MAC
Hi, I'm using a Mac Mini with USB output to U24XL with SPDIF I/O that connects to n ampifier. I installed current vesion of PocketCloud in both my iPhone (full version) and Mac Mini. I'm not able to hear the audio and also the streaming response is quite bad.
Please advise.

Connections to Mac's are done through VNC. Unfortunately VNC does not support audio at this time. Our engineers are looking into alternative connection methods to allow audio playback for a future release.
If you sign up for the trial of the Premium services, you should be able to stream audio/video and be able to hear sound.
As for the streaming response, are you streaming over 3G/4G or over wifi? How is the wifi signal?
