the VNC service is unable to connect on my mac. The test fails when i try to test the connectivity. What do i do or how do i fix this? thanks.

Is this an autoconnection?
Are you on 3g or wifi?
Are you able to connect to the desktp via desktop vnc client?
Is your password same as that set in your desktop. Please go to Apple > System Preferences > Sharing > Remote Management > Computer Settings and specify a VNC password. You will use that to connect through PocketCloud.
