Was logged in then timed out now won't connect
I am pretty new to pockcloud but always worked until now. I was logged in then it timed out. I forgot to disconnect and came back a while later and it said it was disconected. Now it won't let me log back in. It shows the connection is "ON" but it won't let me re-connect or login etc. I am many miles away to reboot the remote computer. Is there any way to get this working without being at the remote computer?
Like I said I do't know much about it but my guess is the remote computer is still connected to pocketcloud & the iphone pocketcloud app don't know what to do.
Any ideas on what to try?
That is the method I was talking about. Have you rebooted your device as well?
If that didn't help, without having access to your remote computer, you could see if uninstalling and reinstalling the application helps. Let me know.
