ALL CAPS locks down Wyse Terminal

ALL CAPS locks down Wyse Terminal

Whenever one of our users uses their ALL CAPS button, their Wyse terminal locks up (freezes). Is there a solution for this?

Mary,
Can you tell us what model of device you have and what firmware level is installed on the device. If you don't know how to get this information, please go to www.wyse.com/manuals and search for KB 20595.
