Citrix Online Pugin
The Online plug-in creates a shortcut on the desktop yet upon clicking on icon from desktop I receive the error: This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator.
Is there a setting that I am missing when logged in as User? Under administrator the shortcut works fine.

Righ clicking is disabled for the default user account and that may be why you are seeing that error.

Thank you for the response, but this is a left double click operation that should open a folder that is created by the Citrix plugin that contains all of the program shortcuts.
