Factory reset possible for Wyse Zx0?
I bought a batch of computer parts this morning and it included 3 off-lease Dell/Wyse Zx0 thin clients running Windows 7. Is there a way to do a system recovery, factory reset (whatever you want to call it) on these, so I can get them to someone who can get some use out of them?

A quick update... I did some more research on these units (Zx0 Z90D7B ) and they appear to have a full install of Windows 7 on the installed 60 GB SSD. There’s also a Win7 COA on each. Granted, I have very little experience with thin clients, but it seems that they 1) may not be the low end thin clients that have to rely on a server for everything, and 2) are at the high end, spec-wise, for this line.
