Remotely add network printer to wyse machines?
Remotely add network printer to wyse machines?
What do you guys use to remotely add network printers? I tried TightVNC but it would give me an error each time. Maybe there is something better to manage 100s of Wyse clients?

We are using a lot of s10s and some v90s(?). Using a INI file isn't really the way I want to go. This isn't a large number of machines being configured at one time. Its 1-2 at a time being setup to print to different printers.
VNC seems to be an "OK" option. Its just slow and a bit of a pain to deal with.

Are you trying to add the same printer to multiple Thin Clients, or each thin client has its own printer? Sounds like you might be better off using INI files. What kind of Wyse thin client's are you using?

Ok, so I was able to get Real VNC to work but its really choppy. Is this normal or can it be fixed?
