WDM 5.0 Cannot retrieve logs from WYSE P25 terminals

Hi everyone,

I have been tasked to configure two WDM servers for about 1000 P25 devices. I currently have 100 devices up and configured but when I attempt to view logs from devices by first selecting get log and than view log it does not provide me with any log file. When I select get log the log type options are grayed out. Anyone know why this is occuring ?
