Wyse 5020 Windows update
I have a Wyse 5020 computer with Windows 10 Enterprise 2015 LTSB and I want to update them to the Windows 10 Enterprise 2019 LTSC version can I use the same activation key?

Any available OS updates for the 5020 will be listed at
https://appservices.wyse.com/pages/serviceandsupport/support/dlOraFW.asp?which=185&model=5020(Windows%20Embedded%20(WES))
As that model is EOL You will likely not get 2019 LTSC.
