Wyse management suite
Hello
We start using wyse management suite to all our Thin clients (Wyse D10D). We created some groups for each branch and one testing group. When we´are trying to change group for any thin client to any groupd it change it´s resolution. Is there any solution how to do that, thin client will keep up resolution ?
In groups there are no display configuration configured.

If you don't have the Display configuration configured, it will keep the current display configuration that the thin client has. This applies to ANY un-configured WMS parameter on the thin client. Please specify if this is WMS Pro or Standard and if on-premise or cloud based.

Thank you for reply. We have standard on-premise. But we havent configured display configration.
For example, we have two groups : group1 and group2:
all tcs are on group 1, when i change group for for example one TC from group1 to group2, it change its group and change screen resoltuion (Screen resolution as TC put to factory reset - but change only resolution). We are using span mode with 2 screens witch resolution 1920x1080.
Any idea ?

By default, the thin clients are configured for single monitor, so if you want to use Dual monitor mode, you need to define the display options. See screenshot below.

Thank you, but nothing changed, screen´s are still changed to smallest resolution. , now its changed to span mode, but smallest resolution.
I cant set screen resolution by display configuration in WMS, because not all screens are 1920x1080, not all TC have two screens ...
Any other idea ?
