C10LE - Config & Firmware update without DHCP option tags
C10LE - Config & Firmware update without DHCP option tags
Hi,
Is there any way to serve a Wyse terminal it's config or firmware without using DHCP option tags.
I'm doing some testing on my home network and can't see a way around this. My Laptop is currently setup as an FTP server.

Redsman -- you can manually point the client at the FTP server by going to the central configuration menu and entering the info in the "fileserver/path" field.

Thanks for your reply. I have configured the central configuration tab but get DNS/WINS can't resolve [wyseftpfbc4tc]. Presumably this is to do with the DNS alias which I don't have the option of using on my home router. Is the Wyse firmware update tool an option on the C10LE?
