Dell Wyse 3040 Some Issue! Dell i need support!

i have 196 Wyse 3040 for Vmware View 7.8

Windows 10 / Windows 8 Mix VDI

Test whit:

Microsip

X-Lite

Zoipe

Dell Wyse 3040

Firmware 8.0_027

i have issue whit voz ip i have poor sound and lag and hit cut when i talk from VDI, if i use a Desktop PC whit the Windows Client Vmware View Horizon the vozip work fines.... to check on the Wyse 3040 configuration?

when i call to vmware for support the support say if everything is working fine whit the windows vmware view client is not a problem of the Vmware Infrastructure, is problem in the wyse 3040

i need help from dell!
