Multicast Traffic from ThinOS

We have TC with thinOS version 9.1.3 ,9.1.6108 and 9.3.2102 with Bios 1.14 version. Some machines are flooding regularly the network with Multicast messages. even though the machine is in powered off state.

Have someone seen the same problem ? Any advice ?
