New to Wyse

New to Wyse

We are thinking about rolling out Wyse terminals to our remote locations to test usage with our Citrix farm. We installed a VL50 at a remote site and are testing it currently. One question came up pretty quick and that is, Is there a way to save IE shortcuts to the desktop? This would save our users from having to to type out the URL to get to our applications.
Thanks

1. This is the WTOS forum
2. V50L is Linux based
3. On Linux there is no IE

Please clarify.

On V10L there is no browser at all. So, where do you access the IE and where do you want to save them?

I am told that the model is a VX0 although it looks exactly like the V10L and I used the WTOSv6.4.0_24_VL10 tp set it up initially. It has Windows XP on it and it has IE 6 on it. We just want to know if it is possible to have a shortcut to our Citrix website show as an icon on the desktop. This unit is not on our WAN.
Thank you.
