Password Reset / Account Unlock
Hi!
We are looking at rolling out a Self-Service Password Reset solution to our users. We have an increasing Dell Wyse Thin Client user base.
Anyone know if there is a way to have password reset and/or account unlock features on ThinOS?

ThinOS 8.4 and higher support Citrix SSPR which was introduced in XD 7.11 and SF 3.7.
Any other Self Service password reset would require a browser, which ThinOS does not possess and thus cannot support.

Do you know if SSPR requires further licencing?

Citrix SSPR is part of Platinum Licensing.
You can also configure the settings at the Storefront level to allow the users to change their password upon expiry or without expiry. For this there is no need to implement SSPR in the Citrix environment.
Profiles will be created at the Storefront servers for those users who change their password via Storefront. It needs to be deleted periodically via some kind of script or manually.
