Thin Client not staying connected

Thin Client not staying connected

We have the Wyse VZO V10L model thin client and it will not stay connected for more than about 30 minutes at a time. I've tried changing settings on the RDP connection and it still will not stay connected. Does anyone have any ideas about what kind of a problem is it with the switch ports, or the setup on the thin client? I'm very close to pulling them all out and starting over with a different thin client, thanks in advance.

Have you checked your Event Log in you System Information on the Wyse Screen? See if it may give you a clue on why it is dropping. Good Luck.
