ThinOS9.1 and Citrix with WMS3.1

We need to upgrade a few thousand TC's to ThinOS 9.1 for Citrix 2012 support, so Skype for Business/Teams can use HDX 2.9.

But the road to upgrading seems ridiculous.

Breaking Wyse Management when installing the latest hotfix, TC's wont registrating against WMS. Error 7700.

Whatever I do, reimage, reinstall, reupdate, they will not return to WMS

We use DHCP options 165/166/167/199.

The only working combination now is a Fresh install WMS3.1 without hotfix or tomcat will die, and then reimage from USB but after that any policy update wont be downloaded untill we fully reset the TC. This a real nightmare, we have over 300 locations and more than 3000 devices.

Anyone got a working solution with and if, which version are you using?

Update, reinstalled the complete server.
We could not even use backup/restore.

Hotfix removed from the support site due to the tomcat error and added back after a week.

if you have installed the old hotfix, please follow the below steps to restore and start the tomcat service.

Take VM Snapshot
Rename the server.xml file from "C:\Program Files\DELL\WMS\Tomcat-9\conf" for eg, change it as serverold.xml
Navigate to "C:\Program Files\DELL\WMS\Archive" and copy this server.xml
Paste it in to "C:\Program Files\DELL\WMS\Tomcat-9\conf"
Start the tomcat service and make sure the service is UP
Login again
