Unlock Re-trys not consistent
Unlock Re-trys not consistent
We have deployed some of the S10 model. This model of terminal allows for 3 trys at the windows password before it locks the windows account.
We have deployed some V10L devices but these devices only allow one try to unlock the device.
Both devices get the same config file from our FTP server.
Is there something I'm missing on these new devices?

I'm also running into the same problem. My Wyse S10 model devices are locking out my users on the first attempt. My Active Directory Policy allows for 3 invalid attempts before lock out, yet these devices seem to be trying multiple times on the initial submittal. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Same problem here on S10 terminals with newest firmware (7.1_207). Problem is on S10 only, no problems on C10

This problem may have been fixed some time ago (multiple retrys really happening). Please try latest build 7.0_217
