VMware View 4.5 and Wyse S10

VMware View 4.5 and Wyse S10

Hi all

I have just updated from View 4.0 to 4.5 yesterday along with updating our ESX servers to ver 4.1.
I have a number of Wyse S10 which connects to the view server using a wnos.ini file.
One of the parameters in this file is "AutosignOff=yes" which should mean, that when a user logs off his virtual-PC, he is also logged off the Wyse terminal, so that a new user can log on.

But this is not the case any more. The user is not logged off the Wyse terminal.
I don't know if this is a Wyse problem or a View problem??

Best regards

Have you tried manually dowloading a file from that FTP server from a windows client to confirm all the permissions are ok? I know W2K8 IIS setup is a bit different than W2K3 so may require you add MIME types or something of that sort

I have found out that the ftp-server on the new VMware View server is the problem.
If I redirect the Wyse S10's to the old View-server it works.

The new server is W2K8 R2 and the old one is W2K3 R2.
So there is a ftp-server setup problem on the W2K8 server.

Does anyone have any tips?
