Hi I have heard that 7.0.1_13 has been released but it doesn't show up in my wyse portal any one know where it can be downloaded form

I've been told it should be available in the next few days on the portal, Wyse team is just finishing updating the Admin and INI guide so its available as well

You need to have software Maintenance in order to have access to the latest firmware. If you do and cannot get access, send a copy of your contract to WyseCSS@wyse.com with the company information and what the issue is..
