Wyse C10LE + Terminal Services Win2008 - Remote control problem
hello all,
I have a problem with C10LE terminals which are connected to terminal servers (Win2008) via RDP and Span mode. I can't use remote control option from Window Servers, because I get unnamed error. When i use only one display everything is working properly. I get error only with two display in span mode.
Any idea how can I solve this problem?

I'll confirm that there is currently no support for remote accessing a RDP session that is using dual display.
The best workaround I have been using for this is having the users run teamviewer and then connecting using the domain admin credentials. this gives me acess to both screens and I can still perform administrative duties.

Hi,
If i remember correctly you cannot use remote control if a PC / Thinclient or any client is using more than one monitor for a RDP - Session. I ´ll try to find the technet article but this is definitely a Microsoft problem.
