Wyse T10 - 'Invalid File Format' when upgrading firmware from 8.0_105 to 8.3_014
When I try to upgrade the firmware on an existing T10 Thin Client, the system talks to our FTP server, obtains an IP address via DHCP and then sees the DOVE_boot file but indicates 'Invalid File Format'. I've looked at countless discussion forums and other online resources which give no indication as to whether 8.0_105 can be directly upgraded to 8.3_014. Can this be done? What am I missing?

ThinOS devices need to be upgraded one major version at a time. 8.0 to 8.1 to 8.2 to 8.3, and cannot jump versions. This would make the client unstable.
