installing a "user defined" printer
hi all. i am trying to hook a label printer up to a Winterm thin machine. it is a DYMO LabelWriter 400 Turbo, which is not on the preloaded set of printer drivers. i tried installing the drivers manually on the terminal server, then attaching the printer to the Winterm via usb, and i managed to set it up successfully, but anytime i try to do anything with the printer plugged in, the whole system freezes. any suggestions?

Go to http://ww.wyse.com/kb and select the Knowledge Base tab and under the search window enter the number 22971 and press Go. This KB will show you how to install the printer.
