Devices shutting down (randomly?)

Hi,

We haven't done an image update for a while but a lot of our users have started reporting their devices shutting down (I presume randomly). This morning a user managed to catch this happening and reported seeing something (a message) to do with OSM. I know OSM is part of the Wyse software so I was hoping that this would ring a bell with someone and you might have an idea of why the shutdowns are happening.

We've checked for software/updates installing via GPO, shutdown scripts etc.
