Prevent WSM from changing Computer description in AD on boot.
Hello
Are there any way to prevent Wyse WSM from changing Computer Description in AD upon boot ?
Because we have logon script that write to Description with last user logged on info etc.

OK. When we have the Description field cleared in WSM, it also clears out the Description field in AD upon device boot. :-)

By design WSM is using the computer name and the description entered in the WSM Admin Console to update the Computer Account in Active Directory when a device boots up.
In the current release there is no switch to disable the update of the Computer Account Description Field, this would be an Enhancement for an upcoming version.
Please work with your local Dell Cloud Client Computing Team to validate this request.

It looks like Kaspersky setup is making some configuration changes to the network connection of the Windows installation, breaking the binding to the WSM OS Streaming Stack.
Try to install on the Reference Device when booted from SSD and before you install the WSM client, then capture a new OS Image.
