C90LE not booting, receiving beep codes, no splash screen.

C90LE not booting, receiving beep codes, no splash screen.

I have a C90LE that inst booting, its receiving beeps codes all short beeps 3 - 4 -3. Not sure what the issue is. I have reseated the ram, replaced CMOS battery but nothing seems to change. I cant find any documentation on the beep codes. Anyone know what they are?
