Mouse pointer disappears
Mouse pointer disappears
Hi,
We have a problem which is almost the same like: http://support.citrix.com/article/CTX131504
The difference is that we use Windows 2008R2 en Citrix Xenapp 6 and Wyse V90LE Windows XPE clients. The mouse pointer is randomly invisible (sometimes once a week and sometimes a couple of times a day). You can follow the mouse movement because you can see that things lightsup in an application or in Windows. When the mouse is outside the Citrix window it appears again.
Users with dual screens have this problem only in one screen. The thin client has one DVI-I connector. The monitors are connected with a DVI/VGA splitter. The mouse disappears on the monitor which uses the DVI connector.
The mouse pointer disappears with both online plugin 12 and 13/receiver 3. Users told me they knew when the mouse would dissapear. 5 minutes before the mouse movements doesn't perform very well.
Kind Regards,
Co

It did not do this in any additional program because it is a USB mouse. I looked for a similar issue on the net and found one that's similar and is caused by a bug in flash or certain buggy websites that use flash.
It's "repaired" for the time being. When I go to the site that causes the issue, I don't have any other tabs open.

**Update**
The XenDesktopToolbar is greyed out when the mouse pointer disappears. It moves over the windows below the toolbar. To get the mouse pointer back I've placed a Flashdrive in the USB connector. After that the mouse appears in both screens. I could use the XenDesktop Toolbar to change from full screen to window. My screen is mixed up. 15 minutes later the mouse disappears again. I had 2 desktops sessions open and in both the mouse pointer was invisible. The graphics were a mess after this. In a browser there was no text only lines. After a rescan hardware changes on the thin client the mouse appears again. After closing one of the desktops all the graphics turns back to normal.
