Problems Opening JPG files from CD thru a Wyse V30 terminal.
We have a Addonics USB CD drive plugged into a Wyse V30L terminal. We are running Build 590 firmware for the terminal. We connect to an ICA client to our Citrix farm.
Within the Citrix environment, I can see and browse to contents of the CD drive. If there are PDF files on the CD I can open them just fine.
When I try to open JPG files, Microsoft Photo Editor comes up and states "Cannot Determine file Type".
I have checked the file association for JPG and they are correct.
When I connect this CD drive to my laptop (Windows 7), I can view and open all of the files with no problem, even through a Citrix environment.
Has anyone seen this issue before?
