C90le7 - Monitor sleep setting won't save

Working with a WYSE c90le7. I can log on as an administrator and change the display timeout from the default 10 minutes to "never" and that setting will hold true if I log off and let it auto login with the guest account. If I reboot or shutdown the device, the setting changes back to the default for both the administrator and guest account.

I searched the support site and this forum but can't find anything on it. Is this an issue? Is there a way to make the setting stick?
