Dell D90D7 SSD Trim isn't working and R/W are SLOW

Anyone else notice poor performace on the TC's. Here we have vDI and out Zero clients are faster! They shouldn't be but there are. When I dug into the performence of the hardware I found that the SSD drives are the lowest scoring with video close beyond. As I look into why this could be I found information about Trim and how to check if its enable, and if enabled if it working. I found it is enable but not working. This could be due to all kinds of issues like drivers, firmware, etc. Either way I need to address this one way or another. Our boot times around a 1 min 10 to 30 secs. Same user on a Zero will be 25 sec...
