Domain Passwords
Domain Passwords
Anyone know or have an idea on how to ensure that the change password feature actually saves the password for domain users. You would think this would be part of the profile that is not being cleaned but for some reason, I cannot change passwords and have them stick.

Thanks for the reply SuperMod, but the search for this article return nothing. I went ahead and through trial and error found that adding the following files to the write filter bypass will allow you to change a domain password via the WYSE Thin Laptop and have it saved inside you laptop........ "according to what has changed you should be able to add the following files plus their .log1 file:
Default; System; SAM; Security; Software; Components. Also, the netlogon.ftl"

go to www.wyse.com/manuals and select the knowledge base tab. and search for article 25141. This should give you the answer you are looking for.
