How to install remote assistance?
We just deployed 170 Wyse Win 7 standard embedded devices - remote assistance does not seem to be available - can this feature be restored?

We have the same issue... Client just received a new C90LE7 with the 9.030827 image and I am unable to access it via WDM. I see in the release notes for that build that Tight-VNC server was removed -- ***? How else are we supposed to remote control these? Tried RDP - doesn't work. Can't even ping it.
