personnal usage

I was wondering if there was a way to view videos online without the chopping. The cpu seems to suffer much with loading and playing videos at the same time. And also, when playing, the fact of just moving the mouse makes the video chop. Can someone guide me into what i should do?

By the way, i'm using the C90LE7. The processor is just a 1 Ghz.
