Xenith Portrait Mode
We have an issue with Xenith that was recently upgraded to version 1.7.122 of fimware and now when the monitor is set into portrait mode it looks like some crazy refresh problem is happening. This happens on its own and when it is used in a multi monitor mode.
Is this a known problem?
Basically this is a known issue with this release of firmware. This has already been raised with Wyse product management and a fix is being worked on. The workaround advised at present is either to work in Landscape mode or downgrade the firmware.
In the meantime I have been advised to log an official fault so they can link it to the issue and add weight to the problem so a resolution is found quicker, I just think that they want enough customers to complain about it so that development are pushed for a resolution.
There should be an updated firmware out now that will fix this issue.
