Yuanqiushi, were you able to resolve this issue? I have a Wyse P Class Zero Client, Model PxN, Product P25 and I am having the same issue. The keyboard, mouse and monitors work but I have not sound through the audio jack on the Zero Client box.
I can see that the Enable HD Audio box is checked on the Host Card using the PCoIP Configuration Manager. (To get to the Configuration manager I use Internet explorer and enter the IP address of the Host card. The Enable Audio is under the Permissions tab and then Audio).
I can also see the Enable HD Audio box is check on the Zero Client using the PCoIP Configuration Manager (under the Permissions tab and then Audio).
