RE: Default password 'Administrator' does not work on P20 Zero Client
You have to go to the Password Reset in the drop down menu of the P20. Hit the reset button and you will have a challenge code displayed. Call them and they will have you email the challenge code to them. They will email you the response code to reset it. I'm not sure how long it takes as I am in the same situation. I just emailed mine off 10 minutes ago.
