Can’t go to BIOS

Ok so I got to UEFI Firmware. When I click reset it goes into a black screen and my monitor says No Signal. My mouse and keyboard still on and I’ve tried switching different input on my monitor. Even trying out every hdmi slot in the xps tower but none work.

What model PC?  We can't try to assist with specific help for your model without it.

First thing I'd try would be to reset the BIOS by unplugging the power cable and removing the on board battery.  I always push and hold the power button for good measure and leave the battery out for about 20 seconds afterwards.  This should (in theory) reset your BIOS back to its default configuration.

Knowing which model XPS you have would be very helpful as some Dell models can have their own specific peculiarities.  Did you recently do a BIOS update?  Do your fans or any LEDs come on when you push the power button, or is your system completely dead?  Does your system restart normally and boot to Windows after doing a complete power off?
