I'm using Dell Mobile Connect. Works great with my iPhone and have other functions as well. Should work with Android as well.
There are other solutions and I've gotten a few via the GIVE AWAY OF THE DAY site. All work mostly, but Dell's is free ☺️☺️

I use a USB-A to USB-C cable and plug my phone into the PC.
