PC won't boot after windows update
Hello,
XPS 8930 series. Installed a Windows 10 update, and it required a reboot.
Now, it's stuck in a cycle. Power button light starts as amber then changes to white. Stays white for approximately 13-15 seconds. Then is shuts off and automatically repeats this cycle.
Power self test button shows green the entire time the button is held down.
No signal being sent to the monitor.
Anyone seen this before?

My 8930 shows a pending Windows Update, "SCSIAdapter - 5/9/2019 12:00:00 AM - 17.5.0.1017"
Does that sound familiar?

Its the shoddy work and bad parts that went into the machine from vvapplianceparts that are the problem.

Not sure if you are accusing the OP of shoddy work or just trying to be funny, but I don't think it helps.

Spam Bots testing the security settings usually do not respond.
If there is an actual person that responds we can ask more questions.
The company name in the OP's user name is not a computer parts place.
They pepper the forum with nonsense to boost google search meta ratings or youtube ratings etc.
