?: Would like your tower recommendation for Photoshop

I am going to be purchasing a new Dell tower soon and will be using it primarily for an accounting business, however I also do a lot of photography and work with Photoshop CC and Lightroom CC. 

I usually utilize a lot of filters, large TIFF files and many layers in my images. 

Which model Dell Tower would you recommend that wouldn't be overkill but could definitely handle my photography needs? Im trying to keep the price down as much as possible but also need something powerful enough to handle fairly large files.

I dont do any video editing at all, just still images with large file sizes.
