XPS 8500, WiFi Problem
I have my XPS 8500 connected to my private wireless network along with 2 others. A,B and C. (C is the 8500 and B is my Dell AIO).
A and B can see each other as well as C but C does not see either B or A. C sees the internet just fine and can send and receive emails through the network.
I truly believe I have set up the network on C identical to A and B but am at a complete loss what to do to fix this problem.
Will someone please give me some help here?
Thank you.

Home Group and Peer to Peer sharing is removed in windows 10.

Windows 10 April 2018 Update (version 1803) and later Removes Home Group and Peer to Peer Sharing.
As a result, you'll no longer find the option in File Explorer, Control Panel, or Troubleshoot settings.
I recommend Western Digital My Cloud devices to my clients.

Set Function Discovery Provider Host and Function Discovery Resource Publication services to Automatic (Delayed Start)on all machines. This will restore the functionality to browse network computers.
Also make sure your router doesn't have wireless isolation (or similar) enabled.
