XPS 8910, unable to login

When I start my computer(Dell XPS 8910), the screen has 2 options, Troubleshoot or shut down the computer. Shutting down the computer will not correct the problem. Using the troubleshoot option has 6 options, System restore, Uninstall Updates, System Image Recovery, Startup Repair, command Prompt, and UEFI Firmware Settings. I tried the first 4 options with no results. Not sure how to use the command prompt. Didn't want to make any changes to the UEFI Settings.

You can use the Command Prompt to run Deployment Image Servicing and Management (DISM) tool and the System File Checker (SPC). Check out this link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/929833/use-the-system-file-checker-tool-to-repair-missing-or-corrupted-system

Sounds like your main HDD crashed.

Does machine pass ePSA Diagnostics?

- Does it say whole machine is fine, including any drives and their SMART health status?

Is it possible to re-install windows, using a USB flash drive, with a system image?
