XPS 8930 Dark screen during Windows 10 bootup with Display Port
can't get into BIOS or see anything until the Windows 10 login screen is displayed
With HDMI port it works fine, the Dell logo appears and I can get into (see) the BIOS if I want to.
My guess is the video card (driver) did not send a compatible signal in display port until after the Windows 10 driver is booted up.
Configuration is:
XPS 8930 Windows 10 Desktop,
Monitor: Dell U2718Q,
Video card is Nvidia Geforce GTX 1070, Driver Version 25.21.14.1917

Which HDMI port and which DisplayPort port are you using, the ones on the Back Panel or the ones on the graphics card? If you are using the ones on the graphics card, have you tried the ones on the Back Panel and vice versa?

After switching to a different Display port on the video card, it is working now
