About 1-2 months after I purchased this computer, my computer updated and it lost all bluetooth capabilities. Other forum's solutions for this issue havent worked and I do not know how to fix this, as updating to previous BT drivers havent fixed it either.
There actually are newer BT drivers than listed in those threads, for both Qualcomm and Killer WiFi+BT, depending on which one you have.

@Ahad36 - And if none of that helps and PC is still under warranty, contact Dell tech support and request a replacement WiFi+BT card...
