XPS 8930, bluetooth disappeared, #2

About 1-2 months after I purchased this computer, my computer updated and it lost all bluetooth capabilities. Other forum's solutions for this issue havent worked and I do not know how to fix this, as updating to previous BT drivers havent fixed it either.

There actually are newer BT drivers than listed in those threads, for both Qualcomm and Killer WiFi+BT, depending on which one you have.

You can also try this:

  1. Shut PC off
  2. Unplug AC power cord from rear of PC
  3. Press/hold power button for 10 sec
  4. Power PC on
  5. Open Device Manager
  6. Check if the BT card is present and listed as "working properly" in  Device Manager
  7. If not, uninstall any Unknown USB Device(s) or any Bluetooth device(s) marked with a yellow bang (!)
  8. On toolbar, click Action>Scan for hardware change, and the BT driver should be installed
  9. Exit Device Manager and reboot

@Ahad36  - And if none of that helps and PC is still under warranty, contact Dell tech support and request a replacement WiFi+BT card...
