Seasonic is 24 pin.  Dell proprietary psu is 6 pin.

PS there is no "inspiron 7070 or 7060".  there is no "optiplex 3668".

@DELL-Chris M has verified that XPS 8940, Optiplex 7080, G5 5090 psu are interchangeable.

CoMeap 24 to 6 pin adapter compatible with Optiplex 7080.  Therefore this adapter can be used for XPS 8940 and G5 5090.
