XPS One A2010, storage cable adapter

I acquired the subject 2007 machine second-hand and have performed some basic upgrades. My current pursuit is adding a second hard drive to replace a failed CD-ROM drive. I have run into a wall as the data cable appears to have proprietary connectors that are making my plan a bit prohibitive.

Are there any extant adapter cables to provide for my desired result?

Has anyone any experience attempting to fabricate any such cable at home?
