9560 wont boot when upgrading to 32GB Crucial RAM

I purchase 36 gb Crucial RAM on B&H, when i Installed its not starting/not booting. Is there any adjustment on the laptop bios before installing the new RAM? Thank you

Hi JOcean, Any idea what to do? If there is nothing i can do to fix the bios or the laptop itself just to work with the new 32 GB crucial, I have to return it to the vendor which is in the US.

You have to unplug the battery before replacing the RAM modules.

I struggled a lot but that solved the issue.
