XPS 15 9575 2-in-1, PN579X Active Pen App not loading

I have just purchased a XPS 15 9575 2-in-1 with the Active Pen (PN579X), but I have not been able to get the Dell Active Pen app to load. I cannot configure the right click option at all and the one in the control panel does not seem to do anything at all, it does allow me to right click using the hold done option but this will not work in the applications that I use. I have looked on the web and the Dell Active Pen Control Panel app should allow me to set this pen up correctly but it does not load at all, I have tried re-installing it a number of times but it still does not load. Any ideas how to fix this. James

Are you saying that you have the XPS 15-9575 2-in-1 and not the XPS 15-9570 as your title and body of your post shows?

We were sold this by dell as the pen for this laptop, it stats this under accessories for this laptop on the dell website, it also shows the model that i have at the bottom of the screenshot that you provided.

As Chris mentions, the pen should work with the 9575 and may need to interface switched from MPP to AES or vice versa.  Check your owner's manual to see how.

The 9570 is not a 2-in-1 or convertible system.
