Ever since I bought my computer, the speakers were pretty much non-existent. There is no way you can hear anything unless you have a speaker or headphones.
They were never damaged. They were just like this right out of the box.
I checked online what people said about it, and other people have reported terrible speakers as well, so I've just let it go knowing that I made a terrible purchase, but I just can't let it go.
How could this be? Do other people have bad speakers and mines are actually damaged?
I can't understand how a 2500USD device would have hardware that bad. My mobile phone's speakers are 10-20 times louder and clearer. The ones on my laptop are as good as not even being there.
Even If I put my ear to them I can barely understand a word, and I'm a 27 year old with perfect hearing.
Would love an input on that from other's with the same device.
If that is the case, and I have actually got terrible speakers out of the box, can this be confirmed and handled out of warranty? Unfortunately mine has passed, but the speakers never worked.
And in case anyone reading this has been wondering, I have been updating everything that needs updating always as recommended, any upgrade and keep checking for new ones. I used to hope that this would be the solution but at this point I have no hope of it being that.
