Battery Swelling problem in XPS 15 - 9550

I have purchased Dell XPS 9550 about 2 years ago in Canada and I am currently using it India. Recently I noticed this trackpad getting raised and found its due to some battery swelling problem. Is there a way to replace/fix this issue in India ?

I checked with Dell service center and they said they dont have the spares and you have to get it done through online but Im not sure how ?

Where do I need to raise the complaint so that it can be fixed. Need advice.
